Cancellation Policy

Gurukul English Medium School, Vazirabad, Nanded ("School", "we", "our", or "us") provides various academic, admission, registration, activity, and other school-related services.
This Cancellation Policy explains the conditions and process for cancelling applications, registrations, admissions, activities, or other applicable services.
1. Admission Application Cancellation
A parent or guardian may request cancellation of an admission application by contacting the School through the official contact details.
Cancellation of an application does not automatically result in a refund of any application, registration, processing, or administrative fee.
Any applicable refund will be considered separately under our **Refund Policy**.
2. Admission Cancellation
If a student has been granted admission and the parent or guardian subsequently decides not to continue, a written cancellation request should be submitted to the School.
The cancellation request should include:
* Student's full name
* Class
* Parent/guardian name
* Registered mobile number
* Admission/application number, if applicable
* Date of admission
* Reason for cancellation
The School will review the request according to the applicable admission and fee rules.
3. Cancellation of School Activities
Where applicable, requests to cancel participation in school activities, events, programmes, workshops, trips, or other paid activities must be submitted within the period specified by the School.
Once an activity has commenced or arrangements have been confirmed with third parties, cancellation may not be possible.
Any applicable refund will be handled according to the Refund Policy.
4. Cancellation of Online Payments
Submitting a request to cancel a payment does not automatically reverse a successful transaction.
If a payment has already been successfully processed, the request will be reviewed by the School.
Where eligible, the amount may be refunded or adjusted in accordance with the applicable Refund Policy.
5. Cancellation Request Process
Cancellation requests should be submitted through the official School contact channels.
The request should contain sufficient information for the School to identify the relevant student, application, admission, or transaction.

6. Cancellation by the School

* Applicable School rules have been violated
* Payment obligations have not been fulfilled
* The activity or service is cancelled by the School
* Required by applicable law or regulatory requirements
Where a cancellation by the School results in an amount becoming refundable, the matter will be handled in accordance with the Refund Policy.
7. Cancellation and Refund Are Separate
Cancellation of an application, admission, activity, or service **does not automatically mean that a refund will be issued**.
Refund eligibility is determined separately according to the School's **Refund Policy**, applicable fee rules, and the circumstances of the cancellation.
8. Processing of Cancellation Requests
Cancellation requests will be reviewed by the School within a reasonable period.
Approval of a cancellation will be communicated through an appropriate communication channel where necessary.
